For solar installers
Every lead here has run a full estimate first — system size, installed cost, payback, the lot. They are not responding to a "$0 down!" ad. They are comparison shopping with a number already in their head, and they asked to hear from an installer.

What you receive
Most solar leads are a name, a phone number and a guess. Ours arrive with the qualification already done, because the homeowner had to supply it to get their estimate.
Every lead has affirmed they own the property before it reaches you. Renters are rejected at the form.
They told us their monthly electric bill to get an estimate. You know the load before you call.
Our calculator has already sized a system from their bill, state and roof shading.
Ready now, three months, six months, or still researching — priced and filtered accordingly.
ZIP and state, so leads only ever route to installers who actually serve that area.
A 0–100 score from bill size, timeline, property type and contact completeness. You can set a floor.
Pricing
We sell one thing: an exclusive lead matched to your territory. Everyone starts with the same free leads, and you only choose how to pay once you have seen what they are worth.
Step one — everybody
Every new partner starts the same way: 5 exclusive leads at no cost, no card, no contract, no time limit on how long they take to arrive. Judge the lead quality on real leads before you decide how you want to buy them.
Apply for free leads →Step two — after your free leads
The lead is identical either way. The only question is whether you want to prepay in volume for a lower per-lead cost, or keep every month free of commitment.
$85per exclusive lead
No monthly fee, no commitment, no minimum. Pause or stop whenever you like.
Best if your crew capacity moves around, or you want to stay flexible.
$499for 10 exclusive leads
$49.90 per lead — about 41% below pay as you go. Prepaid, and the leads keep until they arrive.
Best once you know the leads convert and you want the volume rate.
Being early is a discount, not a different product. The first 2 installers in each metro lock $65 per exclusive lead for 12 months instead of $85, on the same pay-as-you-go terms. Nothing else about the lead changes.
The maths from your side
Cost per lead is the wrong number to judge us on. Cost per install is the right one, and it depends on your close rate more than on our price. On an 8 kW job at $2.90/W — about $23,200 — at a 25% gross margin, that is roughly $5,800 of gross profit to work with:
| Your close rate | Leads per install | Cost per install at $85 | Share of gross profit |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2.0% | 50 | $4,250 | 73% |
| 3.0% | 33 | $2,833 | 49% |
| 4.5% | 22 | $1,889 | 33% |
| 6.0% | 17 | $1,417 | 24% |
Bought solar leads typically close between 2% and 6%, and where you sit in that range decides this far more than our price does. At 4.5% a lead costs $1,889 per install — around 8% of a $23,200 job, and 33% of its gross profit. Residential solar sales and marketing commonly runs 15–20% of revenue all-in, but that budget also has to carry commissions and sales salaries, so the lead line alone wants to stay near 25% of gross profit rather than spend the lot.
At $85 that means you want a close rate around 5.9% or better, which is reachable but is not the benchmark — plenty of installers sit below it. If you do, the fix is almost never lead price; it is speed to first call and follow-up discipline. That is why we deliver in five minutes, cap volume at what you said you can handle, and give you 5 free leads to measure your own rate before you spend anything.
Illustrative, using our published assumptions and a mid-range gross margin. Your ticket size, margin and close rate are yours to plug in — the arithmetic is simply lead price divided by close rate, and the lead economics calculator runs it on your numbers.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Lead volume depends on search demand in your territory and is not guaranteed — which is exactly why we do not sell a monthly quota. The free allowance covers the first 5 exclusive leads delivered to you; rejected leads do not count against it. Lead packs are prepaid, never expire and carry no recurring fee.
How it works
States, metros, monthly cap and a minimum quality score.
Leads only route to installers who serve that ZIP code.
By email now, and by webhook or CRM push as you scale.
They already have our estimate, so your number lands in context.
We show the full estimate before we ask for anything. No phone gate, no "enter your email to see results", no fake urgency. That is unusual enough that people finish the calculator and then choose to hear from an installer.
It also means we protect that trust carefully. We do not resell contact details to unrelated marketers, we do not run the same lead through five networks, and we drop installers who generate complaints. That discipline is the product.

Before you decide
Free guides to the whole question, not just to our corner of it — every acquisition channel compared on cost per signed job, what leads actually cost across the market, and a calculator that tells you what one is worth to you. We come mid-table in our own comparison.
Every way a residential solar company gets customers, what each one costs per signed job, and which to start with.
Put in your close rate, ticket and margin. Get cost per install, the close rate you break even at, and the most a lead is worth to you.
What each type of solar lead sells for, why the cheap ones are usually the expensive ones, and what you should be willing to pay.
Canvassing, paid search, referrals, content and bought leads compared on cost per signed customer rather than cost per lead.
Every state ranked on the two things published data can actually show: how easily solar pays back for the homeowner, and how much gross profit a job carries.
Organic search. Homeowners find our state and city cost pages while researching what solar costs, run our calculator, see a full estimate for free, and are then offered the option of real quotes. Nobody is incentivised, rewarded or pressured into submitting — which is why the intent is high and the contact rate is good.
Yes — every lead is sold to one installer only and delivered within five minutes. We do not run a shared or resold tier, because the same lead sold five times is worth very little to any of the five and damages the trust that produces it in the first place.
Your first 5 exclusive leads are free. After that you either pay as you go at $85 per exclusive lead with no commitment, or prepay $499 for a pack of 10 at $49.90 each. The first 2 installers in each metro lock $65 per lead for 12 months on the pay-as-you-go terms.
Start with neither — the free leads come first, and you choose afterwards. Pay as you go suits most installers and is the safe default: no commitment, and you stop whenever you like. The pack is simply a volume discount, $49.90 a lead instead of $85, worth taking once you have seen the leads convert. It is prepaid rather than monthly on purpose — there is no quota to miss, so a quiet month costs you nothing.
Not a time-limited one. You receive your first 5 exclusive leads at no cost, however long they take to arrive. We count it in leads rather than days because a 30-day trial in a quieter metro can deliver almost nothing — you would learn nothing about our lead quality and we would learn nothing about your close rate. Free leads are labelled as such on delivery, and billing starts on lead 6.
Full credit on any lead with a disconnected or wrong number, a duplicate contact, a non-homeowner, or an address outside your stated service area. Report it within seven days and we credit it — no argument, no cap. A rejected lead does not count against your free allowance either.
Because the maths does not work in your favour. A $499 monthly fee for a nominal 10 leads only beats $85 a lead if we actually deliver about six or more that month — below that you would be paying more per lead than the pay-as-you-go rate, for the same lead. That puts the volume risk on you, on a site that tells you plainly that volume is not guaranteed. A prepaid pack carries the same discount with the risk where it belongs: with us.
No. Pay as you go has no contract, no minimum and no monthly fee. A lead pack is a one-off prepayment with no expiry and nothing recurring. We would rather you come back because the leads convert.
You set your service states and metros, a monthly cap, and a minimum quality score. We never send beyond your cap, and you can pause delivery at any time.
